Early application Deadline is November 1.

Students will start with the Catholic University of America application, completing the Catholic University application process through the admission decision, and then (if applicable) submit a Pima Community College application to complete the admissions process. 

The Catholic University Admission Team is available to help guide you through the workflow outlined below. 

This program does not use the Common Application. Instead, prospective students should follow these steps:

Step 1 — Access the Catholic University undergraduate application found here: cuaadmissions.catholic.edu/register/TucsonApp

  • Fill out all required fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the application (if you’ve already completed the application, skip to Step 2).
  • Once finished, click Submit. You’ll be redirected to a new page.
  • On the new page, click the Login Portal link, or check your email for the portal link.
  • Use the provided username and temporary password to log in, then follow the prompt to set a new password.

Step 2 — Login with your username (email address) and password.

Step 3 — If you didn’t upload your unofficial high school transcript in the application, you can upload it later in your applicant portal under Checklist.
