At Catholic University Tucson, learning extends beyond the classroom. Students in the Business Management program participate in at least three internships that provide hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and opportunities to apply academic knowledge in real-world settings.

Our internship program connects students with organizations across Southern Arizona, helping them develop career-ready skills, build professional networks, and gain confidence in the workplace. Whether working in business, finance, marketing, healthcare, nonprofit organizations, government, or community development, students graduate with practical experience that sets them apart.

Since the program's launch, students have completed more than 7,000 hours of internships with local employers, gaining valuable insight into their chosen fields while making meaningful contributions to the organizations they serve. These internships help Catholic University Tucson students discover their strengths, clarify career goals, and prepare for success after graduation.
